For local events, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ advance notice. This allows us to arrange all necessary logistics efficiently.
However, we also have the capability to accommodate urgent requests and cater to our customers’ needs even on short notice
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without incurring any charges. However, some fees may apply for cancellations made within 24 hours.
